How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days. During peak periods, such as new collection launches or holiday sales, processing may take up to 7 business days.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition pre-order items may have specific restrictions.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our horror gear worldwide. Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout, though customs fees may apply depending on your country.
How should I care for my screen-printed shirts?
To preserve the quality of the print, we recommend washing your shirts inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or air drying.
What does it mean if an item is listed as a 'Pre-Order'?
Pre-order items are products that are purchased now but will ship at a later date, as specified on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.
How can I track my package?
