Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless you opt for a store credit exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, sellable condition.
Ship and Wait
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
